Director

Theatre, to me, is accessible wonderment—entirely magical and entirely relatable. I believe the role of a director is that of “lead collaborator.” My job is to set the room in motion, allow ideas to spark, and then select the best in order to serve the work at hand. I do this by fostering a welcoming environment that encourages inclusivity, experimentation, and joy.  As a multi-disciplinary theatre maker with administrative experience, I bring a unique perspective and a variety of skills to my work that allow me to problem solve quickly, but with great care.  I am curious about the culture of the community in which I work. I use that curiosity to inform the art I make and, with a spirit of focused play, see what it ignites.
